All about Olybuilding: Bodybuilding using olympic lifting

Welcome to the Olybuilding guide, which is all about how to use the olympic lifts, and their variations, for bodybuilding purposes. The olympic lifts, despite being underutilized, are some of the great bodybuilding tools of all time, and old school lifters swore by them. It was not uncommon to not only combine olympic lifting and bodybuilding back in the day, but for olympic lifters to also be competitive bodybuilders.

So what can you expect from this routine? Strength gains, certainly. You're going to gain muscleweight, with or without supplements. You WILL gain 10-20 pounds in 6 weeks if you do it right.

Warning: DO NOT do this routine unless you can successfully do cleans, jerks, snatches, or their variations in good form. Practice the form first, and then when you have it down, increase the weight and start utilizing them to the best of your abilities.
